Join me every week for meditation in the mornings at Kula Yoga Project!
Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning after my 7:45 am Kula Hour, I will be instructing 20 minutes of meditation from 8:50-9:10. The foundational practice of Shamatha, or peaceful abiding practice will be given most sessions with explorations into compassion practices and other mindfulness techniques. All levels of experience welcome.
All sessions are suggested $5 donation and proceeds will go toward Greenwash Action.
