I am in the process of bringing together a new small group of curious and committed individuals who are interested in the process of uncovering their own patterns and building a lifelong practice around what they find. In this way, practice for each individual becomes ripe, alive, supportive and filled with inquiry.
Starting in September 26, running for roughly nine months - this program is built on a foundation of steady and gentle observation, mindful presence in the body, and weaves elements of yoga, Chinese medicine, and the building blocks of a mindful, conscious life. Our first cohort (2025-26) has been a profound inspiration for every participant and I am looking forward to welcoming the next iteration.
The intensive includes:
A private assessment before the training begins
Sessions every six weeks (2 hours each), held in person, blending exploration and learning to translate observations into applied actions in the body.
A personal practice plan after each session derived from personal explorations plus my input—alive, adaptive, and attuned to each individual
Ongoing support through a private group chat for sharing, feedback, and reflection
Optional photos or gait videos over time to witness and honor how your body evolves
